Parent Teacher Conferences

If you have any questions regarding your student or their grades, I am available for parent teacher conferences. Many questions can be answered via phone or email, but if you would like a face to face meeting I am available...

Jump Rope for Heart

Kearns Primary participates in the Jump Rope for Heart fundraiser every February. During JRFH we will be jumping rope and learning how to have a healthy heart. Packets will be sent home mid January. Participation in the fundraiser is optional. This fundraiser is sponsored by the American Heart Association.

2014: $13,840   (Top 15 Fundraiser in Connecticut)
2013: $8,800     (Top 20 Fundraiser in Connecticut)
2012: $10,172   (Top 15 Fundraiser in Connecticut)
2011: $7,988

Just a few reminders for physical education class...

Sneakers are required for physical education class.

UGG's, open toed shoes, heels, crocs, and boots are not safe and appropriate footwear for active lessons. Students without required footwear will be held out of active activities. Parents will receive a letter home after the third missed class. 

Missed classes

If for any reason your child needs to miss physical education class but is present in school that day, please send a note with your child so no class credit is lost.
